Mrs. Sue Gaskill, age 76, of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, died Wednesday morning, November 9, 2016 in Franklin, Tennessee. Mrs. Gaskill was born in Van Wert, Ohio and was a daughter of the late Gaylord and Beatrice Louise Pollock Black. She was a member of the Howell Cumberland Presbyterian Church in the Howell Community of Lincoln County. Mrs. Gaskill was a homemaker and former cafeteria manager at Marshall Elementary School in Lewisburg.
Mrs. Gaskill is survived by her husband of 59 years, Roger Gaskill, Chapel Hill, Tennessee; daughter, Angie (Tommy) Gentry, Chapel Hill, TN; sons, Rev. Todd (Maryanne) Gaskill, Howell Comm., Randy Gaskill, Chapel Hill, TN; sisters, Jan Baumert and Kathy Carmean, both of Florida; brothers, Wayne Black and Jim Black, both of Ohio; four grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, two great grandchildren and nine step-great grandchildren.
A Celebration of life service for Mrs. Gaskill will be held at a later date.
A memorial fund has been established at Motlow State Community College to keep Sue’s memory alive. Equipment purchased from this fund will bear a special insignia.
