Tammy Duke

Mrs. Tammy Watson Duke, age 50, of Chapel Hill, Tennessee died Sunday, September 27, 2015 in Franklin, Tennessee. Mrs. Duke was born in Davidson County and attended Smyrna High School in Smyrna, Tennessee. She was a member of Riggs Church of Christ and was a very loving and devoted wife and mother. Mrs. Duke was preceded in death by her father, Clepper Clayton Watson III.

Mrs. Duke is dearly loved and survived by her husband, Mark Duke, Chapel Hill, TN; children, Adam E. Duke, James “Cody” Duke and wife, Kayrin, Shelby E. Duke and Morgan D. Duke, all of Chapel Hill, TN; granddaughter, Adley Rae Duke; mother, Patricia Mae Davis McCord and step-father, E. T. McCord, Holladay, TN; grandmother, Thelma Jean “Tommie” Davis, Nashville, TN; brother, Clepper Clayton “Chip” Watson IV and wife, Rachel “Tinker”, Chapel Hill, TN; mother-in-law, Gloria J. Duke, Chapel Hill, TN; sister-in-law, Fredia Duke Smith, Chapel Hill, TN; nieces and nephews, Brittney Watson, Taylor Watson, Clepper Clayton “Clay” Watson V, Kristin Gregory, all of Chapel Hill, TN, Kristopher Smith, Brooklyn, NY; great niece and nephew, Tori and Kaleb Gregory, Chapel Hill, TN; and many dear friends.

Visitation with family members will be on Friday, October 2, 2015 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2015 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Terry Mikel Lee and Russell Wyatt officiating. Burial will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery in Lewisburg.
