Tammy Jarvis

Mrs. Tammy Gay Jarvis, age 47, of Chapel Hill, TN, formerly of Floyd Co., KY, died Wed., Dec. 25, 2013 at her residence following an extended illness. A native of Martin, KY, Tammy was a daughter of Danny Dale Hicks and Gaynelle Collins Hicks who survive. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by a daughter, Terri LaSha Jarvis; grandparents, Eithel Hicks and Allen and Lora Collins.

Survived by her husband, Terry Lee Jarvis of Chapel Hill; a son, Brian Lee Jarvis of Chapel Hill; a daughter, Tabitha Gay Tarter of Somerset, KY; parents, Danny and Gaynelle Hicks of Chapel Hill; a sister, Pam (Vince) Jackson of Chapel Hill; a brother, Dale (RoseAnn) Hicks of Columbus, OH; grandmother, Irma Hicks of Prestonsburg, KY; 3 grandchildren, Shaley, Tristan and Felix.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12 Noon, Sun., Dec. 29, 2013 at Nelson- Frazier Funeral Home, 7 Clinic Dr., Martin, KY,  with burial to follow in Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY.
