Terry Deason

Mr. Terry Deason, age 69, of Petersburg, Tennessee, died Tuesday, February 22, 2022 in Lewisburg, Tennessee. Mr. Deason was born in Franklin, Tennessee and was a son of the late Charles Edward and Mary Elizabeth Jackson Deason. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Catherine Haynes, and brothers, Dan Deason, Johnny Deason and Jimmy Deason. Terry was retired and was a self-employed contractor.

Mr. Deason is survived by his spouse, Donna Haynes Deason, Petersburg, TN; children, Mike (Amy) Deason, Delrose, TN, Terry (Tracy) Deason, Jr., Pulaski, TN, Connie Rogers, Prospect, TN, Melissa Haynes Deason, Shelbyville, TN, Justin Deason, Petersburg, TN; sister, Cheryl Crawford, Holts Corner Comm.; eleven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Family members will receive friends on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Short Cemetery near Lewisburg, Tennessee.

Mike Deason, A. J. Smith, David Deason, Jonathan Jacobs, Kaleb Deason and Johnny Watkins will serve as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Chad Deason, Brian Newcomb, Brandon Newcomb, Brent Newcomb.
