Mr. Terry Jordan, age 79, of Unionville, Tennessee, died Thursday, October 1, 2015 in Brentwood, Tennessee. Mr. Jordan was born in Macon, Georgia and was a son of the late Dewey Glen and Martha Louise Seals Jordan. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the European Theater during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Jordan was a retired truck driver and along with his wife, were former owners of the Country Diner restaurant in Chapel Hill. After retiring, he loved spending time with his friends at the Country Diner Coffee Club. Mr. Jordan was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Fayron Jordan, who died in 2013, by a twin brother, Jerry Jordan, and by a sister, Glenda Jordan Savage.

Mr. Jordan is survived by his daughter, Rita (Larry) Christodoulou, Brentwood, TN; son, Frank (Vickie) Jordan, Missouri City, TX; special niece, Christy (Jerry) Yeager, Chapel Hill, TN; grandchildren, Hayley Christodoulou, Brian Christodoulou, Taylor Jordan, Eben Jordan, Audrey Jordan, Lofton Yeager, Matthew Yeager, Emily Yeager.

Family members will receive friends on Monday, October 5, 2015 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am on Monday from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Tudor officiating. Burial, with military honors, will follow in Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill.
