Thomas Holder

Mr. Thomas Wayne Holder, age 74, of Unionville, TN, died on Sunday, February 25, 2018, in Murfreesboro, TN. He was born in Pulaski, TN, to the late George Washington Holder and Susie Christine Reeves Holder. Mr. Holder was a trucker for many years with Fagan Trucking and then worked at the Bedford County Highway Department where he later retired. He was also a musician and loved to play his Gibson guitar. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Jimmy Holder, Harold Holder, and Roger Holder; sister, Mary Russell; daughter, Melody Holder Kincaid; and grandchild, Hailee Holder.

Mr. Holder is survived by sons, Dewayne (Donna) Holder, Unionville, TN, Thomas Wayne Holder, II, Unionville, TN, George Michael Holder, Chapel Hill, TN; daughters, Rita Holder, Gainesboro, TN, Selena Swineheart, Lewisburg, TN; brothers, Larry and Hank Holder, both of Chapel Hill, TN; sister, Linda Roberts, Chapel Hill, TN; 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at 1:00pm in the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Hannah officiating. Burial will follow in Cothran Cemetery in Rover, TN.
