Wayne Vaughn

Mr. Wayne Vaughn, age 70, of Eagleville, Tennessee, died Monday, June 24, 2013 in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Vaughn was born in Marshall County and was a son of the late Juldy and Bernice Lorene Howard Vaughn. He was a graduate of Forrest High School, Class of 1961 and served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Mr. Vaughn was retired from the trucking industry and, after retirement, worked part-time for the United States Postal Service at the Eagleville Post Office. He was a member of College Grove Church of Christ.
Mr. Vaughn is survived by his wife, Cindy Vaughn; daughter, Carrie Vaughn West; grandsons, Robert and Mason West, all of Eagleville, TN; brothers, Howard (Jean) Vaughn, Murfreesboro, TN; Billy (Marilyn) Vaughn, Caney Spring Community of Marshall County.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Rocky Glade Cemetery near Eagleville with Jerry Ladd officiating. Burial will follow in Rocky Glade Cemetery. No time of visitation will be held.
